We are on the road again. Speedy is taking us to Newfoundland for the next few weeks. It will be birds and history with a bit of hiking thrown in.
We have a reservation on the ferry from Sydney, NS to Newfoundland on July 9th. We statred out today to give us lots of time to make it to the ferry.
It was an uneventful trip to Canada to today. We left Cohasset at about 8:30 and found virtually no traffic through Boston. It was mostly I-95 to Bangor, then Route 9 to Calais, ME, where we crossed into Canada at St.Stepen and finally stopping at the Oak Bay Campground just outside of town.
Tomorrow it is on to Cape Breton.
