It started raining on our drive and that continued through most of the day.
To make it a short day, we decided to stop at Riviere-au-Tonnarre, a spot where made a brief stop on our outbound leg. It is small town that has a parking lot on the harbor that allows overnight parking for up to three days. We spent much of the day reading in Speedy and looking out over the harbor. The rain stopped by late afternoon, so we explored the tiny town a bit, visiting the local specialty shop and restaurant and the local market. A jar of Cloudberry butter and two butter tarts later we were back in Speedy.
The night was uneventful and we shared the lot with another Roadtrek Sprinter and two cars where the occupants were sleeping in their cars.
Off to Godbout and the ferry tomorrow.
